A 50% deposit will confirm your reservation. The balance is due two weeks before the tenancy begins, directions and key instructions will then be sent to you. In the event of cancellation the deposit will not be returned unless the property can be re-let. Arrival time is after 3 p.m. Departure by 11 a.m.

Staying at Hallin Bank
When booking, please be aware you are coming to a remote rural location.The charm of Hallin Bank and the peaceful beauty of Martindale are the reasons you want to be here, and countless visitors have had a wonderful, comfortable holiday.
However, it is not like living in a town and you should not expect easy access to all the services you may be used to at home. We provide: bedlinen and towels; wifi by satellite broadband (for browsing and email only); DVD player and satellite TV; logs for the wood-burning stove.
There is no telephone but in emergency of course ask to use the landline in the main house. Mobile signal nearby. Well behaved pets welcome (please ask first). We ask you to co-operate with our ‘green’ arrangements for rubbish disposal and to leave the cottage clean and tidy. Smoking is not permitted. A handbook in the cottage gives further domestic details.
